Who are we?
Curly Magpie was created in 2012 as a platform for our love of craft, vintage homewares and secondhand delights. Leanne organises our vintage and handmade craft fairs throughout the East Midlands at The Riding School, Calke Abbey – Ticknall, Middleton Hall – Tamworth, Derby’s Eagle Centre Market or the National Memorial Arboretum – Alrewas .
Our Promise
Curly Magpie is not just another craft fair! We are a place where all are welcome, whatever they’re selling. We love old stuff that can be re-used or re-homed and we’ve created an event where there is a wide choice of goods – old & new, unique, carefully chosen or individually designed and made by our lovely stall holders. We value local people and hope to bring the community together by using our fairs to promote local attractions and support the local economy in any way we can. If you have an idea please feel free to get in touch, we are really friendly! Promise!!! x

Curly Magpie & Friends is a place to buy vintage delights and beautiful handmade gifts. A place where local makers, designers and vintage traders can all come together under one roof to create a magnificent, creative and tantalising collective hub.
A place to buy that special unique gift, a place to source antiques for your home. A place to gather for exciting and informative workshops or meetings… and on certain days a place to meet friends for cake and tea. Yes, a pop up tea room will be popping up from time to time.

Here at Curly Magpie Wonderful Events we’ve branched out and now organise wedding fairs!
Visit the Two for Joy website, or Facebook page.
A lot of our vintage and handmade traders also supply wedding accessories, produce wedding gifts and create wedding food! It seemed like a fabulous idea to gather our best makers and traders combine them with local wedding suppliers and create a new wonderful event. So Two for Joy Wedding Fairs was born.
With over 30 stalls showcasing their products. Unique traders and wedding specialists from bridal boutiques and florists to jewellers and photographers, live music and local food producers.
